With our Digital Signal Meter, Comsat Technology will check the antenna system, find the fault, consult with the customer and then fix the problem. Because our Digital Signal Meters show us a number of different screen displays relating to the Digital TV signal Quality, we can see what is going on and with these readings, we can find the fault, and fix the problem very quickly.
Some of the screen displays we use include the spectrum, the Carrier Bit Error screen, the Video Bit Error screen, the Carrier to Noise ratio screen, and finally the most important screen to prove the quality of the Digital TV signal is the actual Digital Colour Picture. If all the other screen displays are telling the Technician that the Digital TV signal is good, then when we switch screens to the actual Digital TV Picture, the Technician will see a clear Digital picture in full colour, with no pixelation or freezing or the picture dropping out, the Technician has now fixed the Digital TV signal at this property.
